Terms of Service

Use of this site is on the terms below. They exist to be clear about what published guidance is and what it is not.

External Links

Other sites are linked on merit and nothing more. It is not because it is vouched for: its content and conduct are its own responsibility.

Copyright

The text and layout of this site belong to its publisher. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome; republishing a page in full is not.

Not Advice for Your Job

The content is general information, not a professional opinion on any individual job. Guides describe how vinyl windows work is generally approached, which is not the same as advice about a particular property, and they should not be relied on as though it were.

Changes

Terms can change over time. Earlier versions are superseded rather than archived.

Liability

Responsibility for how the information is used rests with the reader. No liability is accepted for loss or cost arising from acting on published guidance, to the fullest extent the law permits.

Accuracy

Every effort is made to keep this material correct, without any guarantee that it is. Regulations and market prices both change faster than published guidance does.
